Punam Rogers is a strategic immigration leader with over 20 years of experience navigating complex immigration policy environments helping technology innovators, executives, physicians, and other specialized professionals navigate the US Immigration system. She works with U.S. employers of all sizes, from start-ups to established multinationals across diverse industries, on visa sponsorship, workforce immigration compliance programs, and government audits.
As a Partner and Co-Chair of the DEI Compliance practice at Constangy, Brooks, Smith & Prophete LLP, Punam designs resilient immigration programs and data-driven DEI strategies that enable businesses to achieve maximum performance while ensuring compliance with evolving regulations.
Punam has been recognized as a Best Lawyers in America honoree (2023-2025), Boston Magazine Top Lawyer in Immigration (2021-2025), National Law Journal Immigration Trailblazer (2020), Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly Top Women in Law (2019), and Pro Bono Detention Attorney of the Year by PAIR (2003, 2010).
In addition to serving on the CIEE Board of Directors Governance & Audit Committee, Punam is Managing Director and Board Member of International Exchange Travel Insurance Company (IEXTICO). She has served on the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) National Leadership Committee since 2008, currently serving on the Equity & Belonging and Attorney Wellness committees.
Punam earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Economics & Psychology from Douglass College, Rutgers University. She is based in Boston, Massachusetts.
