Biography
Before joining CIEE, Starr had several years of experience working in education equity and international education in both the US and in Japan. She is excited to support the academic and intellectual growth of students and hopes studying abroad with CIEE will be as engaging and transformative an experience for them as it was for her when she came to Japan as a Heritage Seeker.
