Baking on the Canal du Midi
This week our students tried their hand at baking some French pastries- in an interesting location! Classes were held on a peniche (barge) on the Canal du Midi.

We were welcomed by the staff at Classe des Gourmands. After washing hands and donning some stylish aprons, students split up into four groups to make a variety of desserts for their peers.

This activity was a hit, and I hope that our students will take some of these skills back home with them to share with their family and friends.
