    About the Role

    The Food & Beverage (F&B) intern at Broken Sound Club will undergo a structured training program that progresses through various aspects of hospitality management. The internship begins with a Club Hospitality Orientation, where the intern is introduced to American workplace culture, club policies, and operational best practices.

    Following orientation, the Basic F&B Operations phase covers essential front-of-house (FOH) skills, including restaurant operations, menu training, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and customer service. The intern will also obtain certifications such as SafeStaff and Red Cross CPR/AED & First Aid Training.

    As the program advances, the intern will gain exposure to Advanced F&B Operations in Catering & Events, learning about catering sales, budgeting, menu planning, event logistics, and vendor coordination. This phase includes hands-on training in executing high-end events and banquets in a 5-star club setting.

    In the final phase, Hospitality Management Supervision, the intern will shadow club leadership, attend operational meetings, and participate in supervisory responsibilities. This phase ensures the intern develops leadership skills and an understanding of club management processes.

    Throughout the internship, the intern will engage in cultural activities, including American holiday celebrations and visits to iconic locations such as Everglades National Park and Kennedy Space Center. Continuous mentorship, shadowing, and evaluations will support their learning journey, preparing them for future management roles in the hospitality industry.

    Compensation: $14.50 per hour.
    Requirements: Advanced level of English
    Preferable if have previous experience working in high end resorts.
