    Position Description: Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Front of House Intern to join our team. As a Front of House Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of hospitality management, primarily focusing on guest services, dining operations, and event coordination.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Guest Services:
    o Welcome members and guests with warmth and professionalism.
    o Assist with reservations, inquiries, and guest requests.
    o Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all visitors.

    • Dining Operations:
    o Support restaurant staff in seating arrangements and table service.
    o Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
    o Learn and adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.

    • Event Coordination:
    o Aid in the planning and execution of club events, including member gatherings, parties, and tournaments.
    o Assist with setting up event spaces, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth operations during events.

    • Administrative Tasks:
    o Assist with clerical duties such as answering phones, taking reservations, and processing payments.
    o Maintain accurate records and files related to front of house operations.

    • Team Collaboration:
    o Work closely with other departments, including kitchen staff, maintenance, and management, to deliver cohesive and exceptional service.
    o Collaborate with colleagues to resolve any guest concerns or issues effectively.

    Compensation: $18 per hour; paid on a biweekly basis.
