Key Responsibilities
Develop and optimize multimodal AI models, focusing on computer vision, natural language processing (NLP), and generative architectures.

Design and maintain high-throughput data pipelines to process and curate large-scale multimodal datasets (e.g., images, text, video, structured data).

Implement and refine MoE models to enhance model efficiency and scalability for multimodal AI training.

Integrate the latest research innovations into our multimodal AI platform, improving data accuracy, diversity, and relevance.

Experiment with SOTA models and data curation techniques to maximize AI training efficiency and quality.

Collaborate with research scientists and machine learning engineers to improve data and AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability as models evolve.

Preferred Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.

Proficiency in Python and experience working with large-scale open-source datasets like DataComp.

You’ll be involved in setting up and stocking the kitchen, preparing menu items, maintaining health and safety standards, performing shift duties, assisting with inventory control, and learning about kitchen management. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your culinary skills and knowledge in a supportive and professional setting.

Certification Required: Currently enrolled (or graduated) with a culinary degree (or equivalent).
English Language Requirements: Must have upper-intermediate level or higher in English and intermediate/B2 level on proof of English form.
Compensation: $18 USD per hour. Bi-weekly pay.
Housing: Dormitory Style Housing provided. Deposit is $150 and is refundable so long as there is no damage to the property due to negligence. Rent is $161.10 and is automatically deducted from bi-weekly paychecks. Includes bed, linens, TV, Wi-Fi, full-size kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, utensils, and washer/dryer.

Program Overview:
This 12-month J-1 Culinary Internship is designed to provide hands-on, immersive training in a high-volume, urban resort setting. Unlike rural properties, our property hosts year-round operations and large groups, creating a fast-paced environment ideal for building professional skills. Interns will rotate across multiple culinary departments, gaining comprehensive experience in all aspects of resort culinary operations.

Training Rotations Include:
• Food & Beverage: Two on-site restaurants, banquets, bar service, and in-room dining.
• Culinary: Prepping, cooking, pastry, and banquet operations.
• Exposure to large-scale events, including weddings and conventions during our peak spring season.
• Participation in cultural events, such as the Fort Worth Livestock Show & Rodeo.
