Be Part of Real Projects (Day One)
    • Work on active hotel, office, and retail developments
    • Track progress from early concept through construction
    • Join site visits and see projects being built in real time
    Keep Everything Organized
    • Manage files, notes, and communications across teams
    • Track action items and follow-ups so nothing falls through the cracks

    • Strong organization and attention to detail
    • A proactive, “I’ll figure it out” mindset
    • Good communication skills
    You DON’T need:
    • Prior full-time experience
    • Deep technical knowledge (we’ll teach you)

    What You’ll Learn
    • How hotel brands shape design, layout, and guest experience
    • What it takes to build hospitality-driven mixed-use projects

    Required Industry Skills

    • Customer service skills
