St. Petersburg
There’s no better place to dive into the rich, complex language and culture of Russia than in the city envisioned by Peter the Great as his “Window to the West”: St. Petersburg. With our summer, semester, or year Russian Language or Russian Area Studies study abroad programs, students have the opportunity to explore a city that has withstood bombardment, famine, the horrors of the Stalinist repression, and near devastation during World War II, and to get to know a society that lived through it and proved stronger for the experience.
