Kira A.

Kira is a third-year International Studies and India Studies major at Indiana University Bloomington, with additional interests in development and economics. For the entirety of her college career, she has been studying Indian economic, political, and social issues to culminate a well-rounded awareness of the development issues faced by one of the world’s fastest growing economies. These studies have included living and studying in India twice: in Rajasthan, at the American Institute of Indian Studies’ Intensive Hindi Language Program; and currently, in Telangana, at the University of Hyderabad for a semester-long CIEE study abroad program. Besides traveling around India, her hobbies also include writing and rock climbing.
