The city has a New Orleans feel and is known for its many cultural attractions and museums, like Saint-Louis’ Research Center and the Documentation Museum of Senegal. In addition, Saint-Louis hosts many international music festivals, including the most important jazz festival in Africa, the Saint-Louis Jazz Festival.

If you like the outdoors, Senegal also has a lot to offer. Visitors to this World Heritage site will see countless flamingos, pelicans, and other birds while exploring rivers, lakes, and marshes.

You will find plenty to discover as you investigate your new surroundings, visit museums, and participate in community festivals.
