A Safe Learning Environment
CIEE provides 24/7 support online and on the ground, with local staff in each of our 40+ locations to handle all emergencies and communications with parents and legal guardians. CIEE Program Leaders accompany students each day (at a ratio of one adult for every 12 students).
Global Service & Leadership
On Leadership & Service programs, students engage with local communities as they learn about global challenges. Students can earn up to 50 hours of documented service learning.

Refer CIEE to your older or former campers and earn up to $800 in commission for every participant who applies and travels on a CIEE program through your referral! Contact our team to get set up.

Our programs take teens abroad to immerse them in a new culture and participate in hands-on community service with local non-profit partner organizations.
Students can zip line over the Cloud Forest in Costa Rica, swim in cenotes, natural sinkholes, in Mexico, or kayak at Miramar Beach in Morocco, and so much more!
- Accessible to teens in grades 9 -12
