Students had the chance this week to try out their culinary skills to create Spanish omelettes (tortilla española), croquettes (croquetas), brocha de ensalada de caprese y rollitos de lechuga y mango (lettuce and mango wraps). After, they sat down to enjoy the Spanish tapas they had created. Get ready to enjoy a sample when they return home!
