All applications must be received by 11:59 p.m. E.T. on Wednesday, April 15, 2020.
How can the grant be used?Click to Open
The CIEE Access Grant can be used to help students normally underrepresented in study abroad, with participation costs. For example, program scholarships, passports, visa and travel costs. The funds are not intended for faculty to use for indirect program costs.
I already have a program planned. Am I eligible?Click to Open
Eligibility requires the faculty/institution to partner with CIEE on a study abroad program. The CIEE Faculty-Led & Custom Programs department handles all the logistics – from housing to guest lectures, co-curricular activities to health, safety, and security training. Specific requests can be accommodated.
Do I need to submit a budget?Click to Open

Is there a program length requirement?Click to Open
Yes, programs seeking funding should be at least 2 weeks in length.
What is the minimum number of participants?Click to Open
Programs should have a minimum of 10 student participants.
