Hongbo Guo

Biography

Hongbo finished his PhD in labor and organization studies in 2022 and has more than 6 years' experience in teaching business courses on both postgraduate and undergraduate level at University of Technology Sydney and other universities. His PhD research has explored ways international student workers consent to underpayment and other exploitive labour practices through a labour process theory lens. Before joining the team at CIEE Sydney, he taught at CIEE Shanghai. He has designed and delivered 4 courses with CIEE to date.
