Workers’ Compensation

Host Organizations are required to verify that they have a workers’ compensation policy in place before an application can be approved. Verification may include submitting documentation of an existing policy.

CIEE understands that some organizations are not legally required to maintain a workers’ compensation policy in their state. If you are exempt from providing Workers' Compensation by your state's laws, please provide proof of that exemption. You should submit a copy of the state law showing the exemption.
