As your legal visa sponsor, CIEE is responsible for you throughout your stay in the United States. We have dedicated, well-trained full-time staff standing by to assist you with any concerns or questions you may have and to provide you with information during your stay in the US. CIEE's Customer Service Center is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST; or, during our peak summer months, Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST, and 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST on Saturdays. We also provide an emergency phone line, which is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week year-round. The CIEE emergency line can be reached by calling 1-888-268-6245.
