Part of the J-1 visa category of the US government’s Exchange Visitor Program, the Trainee program affords international students and young professionals from around the world the unique opportunity to gain valuable practical training experience in the US for up to 18 months. By providing structured, on-the-job training to qualified candidates, the Trainee program has proven time and again to be a mutually rewarding experience, aiding Trainees in their personal and professional development and helping those companies that host these individuals to create a more dynamic and international workplace.
