• Upon review of your complete application and acceptance decision will be made by CIEE. In some cases, a phone interview may be necessary.

• Applicants accepted to the program will be notified by e-mail. You’ll be assigned to a CIEE representative who will share program information via your My CIEE account. S/he will be there to answer all your questions regarding timelines, program dates, cultural queries, and more.

• Upon acceptance to the program it is necessary to submit a non-refundable commitment deposit of $500 within 10 days of the acceptance notification email date. When your commitment deposit is received, Thai school assignment efforts begin.

• Applicants who are successfully matched with a location and host institution will be notified of placement details as soon as they become available. This generally happens about two months prior to the program start date.

• After your school assignment has been presented, your placement confirmations must be received by CIEE within 10 days of offer. Confirmation is made by remitting the balance of the program fee.
