Teach Immersion Chile
Program Update
Due to partner funding limitations, CIEE will not run remaining 2013-2014 programs for Teach Abroad Chile - Immersion. Please consider one of our other Chile Teach Abroad rograms:
CIEE sends service-learning enthusiasts participating in the Teach Immersion Chile program to all parts of Chile. The highlight of this program is working with rural communities off the beaten tourist trail where foreigners are a rarity. Additionally, the homestay experience truly allows participants to experience life como un chileno beyond the classroom.
CIEE participants are teaching assistants to local Chilean teachers eager to have a native English speaker in their classroom. From host family verification to in-country orientations, this unique program offers structured CIEE support.
