Mission and Goals

The mission of the ACB is to ensure that CIEE provides, on behalf of the Academic Consortium, distinctive international academic programs of high quality.

Goals:

  • To establish structures and implement policy-making procedures which give Consortium members effective governance of the academic programs.
  • To provide leadership and advice in the development, implementation, and evaluation of academic policies.
  • To establish and maintain an effective evaluation and monitoring program to ensure international academic programs of high quality.
  • To promote the expansion of international educational opportunities for all underrepresented groups and disciplines, and at non-traditional destinations.
