CIEE is always pleased to host study abroad staff and faculty from our member and sending schools at our international Study Centers.
In order to coordinate all aspects of the visit, including how to best meet every visitor’s individual objectives and goals, CIEE asks that you fill out the Visit Request Form below. Although visits are facilitated through CIEE, visitors must cover their own costs.
To request a Study Center visit, please complete the Group Site Visit Registration Form below. CIEE asks that you outline the reasons for the visit, objectives to be met, and the proposed timeframe you would like to make the visit. CIEE ask for notification of at least one month prior to a visit so CIEE can facilitate the most successful visits possible.

When to Visit a Center
CIEE will do its best to accommodate the timing of a proposed visit. However, due to a Study Center’s academic schedule, there are some periods, like orientation and exam weeks, during which Study Center visits are not possible. As a result, a visitor may be asked to propose an alternative timeframe.

All Study Center visitors are asked to complete a Site Visit Feedback Report, which CIEE issues upon the visitor’s return. CIEE uses the information in these reports to assess and improve on-site programming.
