The Lodge at Vail

Work at one of America’s top ski resorts! Established in 1962, The Lodge at Vail, a AAA Four-Diamond Award-winning hotel, is at the base of Vail Mountain in the very heart of Vail Village. From the village's main ski lift at our back door, to the world of boutiques, shops, bars, restaurants, and nightclubs, we are at the center of it all! We hire approximately 250 seasonal employees each year from over 15 different countries, with a returning staff of close to 40 percent.

Work & Travel Opportunities
The Lodge at Vail has a variety of exciting employment opportunities, available to friendly, guest-service oriented individuals. We are looking for hard-working, dedicated, and enthusiastic individuals to provide first-class service at our resort. Jobs are available the beginning of December through April. Positions include: Busser, Room Attendant, Front Desk Agent, Stewarding, Cook, Turndown Attendant, Houseperson and Food Runner.

All employees receive a free ski pass to enjoy the great skiing and snowboarding that our resorts have to offer! If you’ve never skied before, want to try snowboarding for the first time or just looking to improve your abilities, your benefits package has you covered with free lessons each month. All employees receive benefit coupons to share with relatives and friends for free or discounted lift access. Other winter activities include snowmobiling, snowshoeing, ice skating, and Denver is a mere hour and half away with many more activities to offer!

Compensation Package and Additional Benefits
Entry-level positions start at an average of $9.00 an hour. Overtime is paid at time and a half for any hours worked over 12 in one day or 40 in one week.
