The Runner also assists in other duties as assigned, including daily trash and linen pick up. Checking, inspecting and securing specified condos as assigned.

Position offered: Kitchen Steward/Prep Cook
Position description: The Steward/Prep is responsible for opening the dish room, organization of dish room, such as clean pans stored in the proper order, taking cardboard out to the dumpster, sweeping and mopping the back hallway. Other duties include sweeping and mopping the walk-in coolers and removal of cardboard form storage area. The Steward/Prep is also responsible for closing the dish room, which entails cleaning out the machine and cleaning screens in the machine, wiping down all cleanable surfaces with proper chemicals, mopping the floor at the end of each shift and washing dirty dishes and making them clean. The Steward/Prep also assists in the kitchen with preparing food when needed, such as cutting and storing food.

Position offered: Public Area Attendant
Position description: Responsible for maintaining all public areas in a clean and neat manner. These areas include: public restrooms, hotel hallways and lobbies, common areas in conference center, retail centers, the mall and village plaza. Janitorial closets are to be kept clean and organized. Guest service is the primary goal of this position. Employees must be positive, outgoing and friendly.
