PLANNED TRIPS AND ACTIVITIES:
During past summers, International students working at Busch Gardens Tampa and Adventure Island got to experience behind-the-scenes interactions with some of our park animals. Experienced Busch Gardens zookeepers gave students the chance to see animals up close. Some got to feed a giraffe!
We arranged a free bus trip for a full day in Orlando which is about 90 minutes away. Students had the option to visit our sister park, SeaWorld, enjoy some great shopping adventures, or just explore the city of Orlando.
For students who like the beach, we provided a free trip to Clearwater Beach (about 45 minutes away). Here are some web sites to check out this area:

Other group activities which have been offered to all park employees at minimal cost off-site on scheduled days off include: Canoe trips, nights at the theater, Bowling, Movie Night, sports events, and ice skating.
