Position Description: The cook's primary responsibility will be quickly producing menu items that meet the F&B set
standards. Cooks are responsible for knowing the entire kitchen and restaurant. Cooks are also responsible for
cleanliness of the entire kitchen. Customer service is important for and cook working for mountain F&B.
Position offered : Food and Beverage Cashier
Position Description: Responsible for assigned cash drawers and change tills daily. Must be able to assist all guests in a
timely and efficient manner, while maintaining a high level of flow through check out lines.
Position offered : Food and Beverage Busser
Position Description: Must be able to strive to make our guest's stay as pleasant as possible by making sure that all
empty tables, trash receptacles and dinning areas at restaurant are free of all dirty dishes and cutlery and /or trash,
cleaned and sanitized from the beginning of the service day until the end.
Position offered : Food and Beverage Dishwasher
Position Description: Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all dishes, cutlery, pot and pans, floor, counters, and other
kitchen equipment. Must be willing to help with other jobs including kitchen prep, snow removal and bussing in dining
room.
