It is recommended that students fly into Denver International Airport. From the airport students should take the Colorado Mountain Express Shuttle (CME) to arrive at Beaver Creek between 2:00 and 5:00pm. Students should use the Denver International Airport (DIA) to Vail Transportation Center route, or point-to-point if they know their exact destination. Cost is approximately $50.00. Discounted CME rates may be available when students arrive, but are not guaranteed. Please use the password “PASSPORT” when booking point-to-point trips only. The password only works at specific times of the year, not yet determined, and only for point-to-point travel. Once students arrive at the Vail Transportation Center, they will need to get on an ECO Transit Bus (Blue and White) with the destination HWY 6 - Edwards. Get off the bus at the Elk Lot or River’s Edge Housing. They will then need to get on a Green Parking Lot Bus. These Green Busses are free, and will take you up to Beaver Creek Village.
Students should arrive to Beaver Creek on Wednesdays between 2:00 and 5:00pm so they can contact our office, their department, and check in to their living arrangements.
Students should stay in a hotel nearby the Denver Airport if they arrive too late to arrive in Beaver Creek by 3:00pm. Students should stay in contact with their employer so they are aware of their departure and arrival times/dates.
