Spend your summer in the United States Capital!
Premier Aquatics is located in Fairfax, Virginia, a suburb of Washington, DC. Lifeguard positions are available in both metropolitan and suburban settings, so you can get the best of both worlds!
- Job locations range from 2 to 30 miles outside the city, depending on your job assignment.
- City attractions include the historical monuments of Washington, DC, nightlife, and sightseeing.
- By car, we are approximately 4 hours away from New York City, and 3 hours away from Ocean City, Maryland.
- Public transportation is available in most locations and easy to use, although most students prefer to ride a bicycle. (Please note, some students will be assigned to locations not easily accessible to Washington, DC without a car.)
- The Lifeguard position pays $8.00 per hour. You will be required to pass a training course, so you must know how to swim! You will be required to swim 500 meters using both freestyle (front crawl) and breast stroke.
- Groups of friends and couples are welcome, up to a maximum of 6 people per apartment.
- Apartments are fully furnished with a kitchen and utensils for $380 per person/per month.
