How Much Money Can I Make?

100% of our students make enough to be able to return next year.
Overtime is available, based on your performance.
Want a second job? – We will HELP you find one.
Work the whole season and your are eligible for a month's free housing.
Pay by piece for some jobs means you can make over $10.00 an hour.
Tipped positions – some bussers made an average of $10.00 an hour – the better customer service you give the better tips you make!
RETURN BONUS – come back next year any we will give you $500.00!
BRING A FRIEND – If you refer a friend and we hire them, you can make another $200.00.

Weekly Cultural Night at the Career Center, which will include American music and free food.
Fun events to practice your English, watch movies and just “hang out.”
Weekly Career Center “open forum” discuss your experience with other students and employees, and learn about American culture while sharing your own.

Where can I go after my exchange dates?

You can stay a month free in Virginia Beach and just hang out like a local. The Virginia Beach Oceanfront has many concerts and festivals throughout the year, including marathons, parades, the East Coast Surfing Championship, holiday lights on the Beach, Neptune Festival Sand Sculpting competition, and more!
Less than 3 hours: Washington DC , Outer banks , North Carolina, or Ocean City , Maryland.
Atlanta , Georgia; New York City , New York; and Philadelphia , Pennsylvania (5 hours by train or bus or a 2 hour flight).
