Position Description:
Server - Take food & beverage (alcoholic/non-alcoholic) orders - serve orders to guest tables courteously & efficiently - collect payment & assist with maintenance of the restaurant area and equipment. Maintain complete knowledge of all menu items.
Busser - Setting tables / Clearing tables. Assisting Servers.
Conference Services Houseperson -The Conference Services Houseperson is responsible for setting up and breaking down all meeting spaces with tables/chairs/water, etc. This person must have good communication skills. Room Service Server - Room Service Server: Ability to deliver and serve food and/or beverage items in a friendly, courteous and timely manner resulting in guest satisfaction.
Prepare room service trays per hotel guidelines and insure that tray is complete with all food and beverage, other items and condiments.
Deliver food and beverage items using prescribed delivery procedures as set by the hotel.
Remove trays and tables from guestrooms and corridors; return all items to appropriate place.
Deliver amenities using guidelines for placement and presentations as set by the hotel.
Participate in all aspects of Banquet Service including set-up, service, and breakdown in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
Respond to guest complaints in a positive manner, negotiate a compromise and implement a solution satisfactory to the guest.
Complete side work as assigned including preparation of room service trays and condiments for the next day.
Prepare buffets and other assigned duties for the next day or shift.
Clean and re-set banquet rooms as assigned including: moving tables and chairs, vacuuming, setting linen, silverware and glassware.
Ability to work flexible hours including; nights weekends and holidays.
Position offered : Beach Attendant/Pool Attendant

Pool Attendants are responsible for checking guest and member IDs and/or passes to use the activities. Provide towels, retrieve wet towels. Keep area clean of debris. Keep area organize. Make sure that pool rules are followed, such as no running, etc.
Beach Attendant responsibilities are to attend to the guest needs. Check guest and/or member ID’s and/or passes to use the beach area. Offer chairs, towels. Empty rubbish, keep area clean and organized. Provide towels, retrieve wet towels, provide chairs, and retrieve chairs. Stock chairs in designated area.
Assist Guests and Members with chairs and towels at the beach or pools.
Check Member and Guest IDs and passes.
Make sure areas at the beach and pools are clean, empty rubbish, clean sand from stairs and/or walkways.
Assist with returning chairs and towels to proper place after use. Stock and restock items.
Assist all Lifeguards, Pool Captains.
Report to Director of Activities.
Position offered : Front Office Agents

Front Office Agents are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquires. Team members work in an environment that demands exceptional performance yet offers great rewards.

Bell Attendants are in constant communication with the Front Office, Valet and Concierge to ensure guests are escorted and their luggage and personal items are transported to and from the guest rooms efficiently. It’s important to ensure that guests are comfortable with accommodations and are familiar with room offerings and features. Door Attendant - Door Attendant: We believe our guests select Ocean Edge Resort & Club because of our caring and attentive team members who are focused on providing efficient service and meaningful experiences. A Door Attendant is primarily responsible for welcoming guest to the hotel and obtaining transportation when requested. This role may require communication and coordination between Concierge/Bell services and assistance with guest luggage. Door Attendants may be asked general information about the hotel and surrounding area. Team members work in an environment that demands exceptional performance yet offers great rewards.
Position offered : Housekeeping
Housekeeper - Daily cleaning of guest rooms according to resort standards. Empty trash containers. Replace supplies. Vacuum and remove dirty bed linen and make beds to hotel standards with clean linen. Dust, polish, and realign furniture. Follow check-in and check-out procedures, etc.
House person - Replenish supplies, Stock linens carts, maintain cleanliness and organization of floor closets, remove trash, clean stairwells, transport any room trays/items in guest hallways. Dust all public areas. Clean fixtures in public areas, remove stains, scuff marks and debris from doors, frames, walls, etc. Polish all brass surfaces, provide timely delivery of any items required by guests. Retrieve items from guestrooms and return to proper storage areas, etc.
Public Cleaners - AM/PM shifts: Stock, dust, clean, remove trash, clean carpet areas, floor areas, inspect conditions of upholstered furniture for rips, stains, tears and report damages, remove soiled towels from pool and beach areas. Report any maintenance problems to engineering. Adhere to all rules and regulations.
