To work on the hot and cold line for the hotel outlets, this includes the restaurant, room service and market, ensure all food is served according to specifications, and work in conjunction with all line cooks. Operate, maintain and properly clean deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, food processor, mixer, slicer, oven, steam table, tilt kettle, waffle iron, flat top grill.
