Mission Point Resort

Work at one of Michigan's top resorts! Mission Point Resort operates in the beautiful Mackinac Straits of Michigan, surrounded by the wonderful Great Lakes. We hire approximately 300 seasonal employees each year from different countries.

Living at Mission Point Resort gives you free access to some of the best historical site seeing in the world! We are close to many theme parks, waterfalls and shopping. While most visitors only have a few hours or days to spend at our resort, you have several months. Take full advantage of this amazing opportunity! Positions will be assigned upon arrival to Mission Point Resort. Available positions include:

Food & Beverage staff
Front Desk
Activities Attendant
Administrative Offices
Kitchen Staff

Wages and hours

Entry-level positions start at $7.15 an hour, based on position acquired
Some positions are “tipped” and will be paid at least $2.65 per hour plus tips
Overtime is paid at one and a half times the normal pay rate for any hours worked over 40 in one week; students will also be able to pick up extra hours as Banquet staff, but these hours do not count as overtime
Employees are offered meals through our employee dining room. Three meals are provided every day. Meal costs are included in the rent payment, which is paid by bi-weekly payroll deduction.
