Scholarships are provided by the Korea Foundation and are non-transferable.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- The $100 deposit fee will be exchanged in to Korean Won and reimbursed to participants upon arrival in Seoul.
- Once a flight booking has been made on behalf of a student, the $100 Deposit Fee will be non-refundable.
- If you are not selected for the program, the fee will not be deposited for exchange.
- If you are not selected to receive a scholarship and no longer wish participate in the program, the fee will not be deposited for exchange.
- Applications are considered on a first come, first serve basis. CIEE reserves the right to decline applications received after July 15.

* Confirmation Fee must be paid by April 1. Applications sent after April 1 must include both the Application Fee and the Confirmation Fee. Confirmation Fee is 100% refundable if application is declined by CIEE.
** Program Balance is due in full no later than May 15.

- There will be no refund after departure date.
