academic program
The Australian school calendar begins in February and runs to December. Classes are taught in English. High School Abroad participants are expected to follow the school curriculum and fully participate in the academic program. Typically, Australian high school days run from 8:00am-4:00pm with an offering of extracurricular activities following classes which vary by school.
