To apply for a High School Abroad program, download the application below and complete the checklist of items. You can type directly into any fields in blue for your own convenience. Sections of the application to be filled out by others (i.e. Physician Recommendations), must be filled out by hand.
* If you are applying for the Japan High School Abroad program or a Summer High School Abroad program, please skip this application and fill out the applications in the sections below.
In addition to the student application, the following supplemental information is required for the following programs:

CIEE High School Abroad in Japan
Students applying for the High School Abroad program in Japan must fill out the following Japan-specific application. You do not need to fill out any additional applications.

Summer Programs for China, France, Japan, and Spain
Students applying for the High School Abroad Summer programs in China, France, Japan, and Spain must fill out the following summer-specific application.

CIEE Gap Year Abroad in Japan
Students applying for the Gap Year Abroad program in Japan must fill out the following Japan-specific application. Please use the below Gap Year Application Checklist to ensure you complete the necessary documents for the program you wish to attend in Japan:
