When you need advice, the best place to start is with your Local Coordinator. But, we're also happy to hear from you here at CIEE ! You've got lots of people working with you to make your experience a success.

It's easy to contact us! CIEE staff can be reached in a variety of ways.

If you have an extreme emergency, we have a 24-hour emergency line at 1-866-736-5641. (This is a free call from anywhere in the United States - even from a pay-phone!)

You can also e-mail your Support Coordinator. CIEE Support Coordinators are responsible for helping you, your host family, and Local Coordinators resolve adjustment challenges, to answer questions and, basically, guide everyone as needed along the way.
