When you need advice, the best place to start is with your Local Coordinator. But, we're also happy to hear from you here at CIEE! You've got lots of people working with you to make your experience a success.

If you have an extreme emergency, we have a 24-hour emergency line at 1-866-736-5641. (This is a free call from anywhere in the United States - even from a pay-phone!

You can also e-mail your Support Coordinator. CIEE Support Coordinators are responsible for helping the student, host family, and Local Coordinators resolve adjustment challenges, to answer questions and, basically, guide everyone as needed along the way.

Each Support Coordinator works with specific countries. Find your home country in the lists on the left. Click on the name to send an e-mail to that person.
