The Participants

CIEE recruits students from over 50 countries from around the world during the summer university break in their home country. Because of varied academic calendars around the world, CIEE can recruit students for almost any season.

Spring Summer Winter

At the end of their work periods, students are granted a 30-day travel period by the U.S. government. Although they are no longer authorized to work, this period allows them to further explore the U.S. before they return home to resume their studies.
