Why USA High School Plus Programs?
CIEE has partnered with several schools throughout the U.S. in order to offer a stimulating and exciting academic experience. Students can choose to apply for a private day, public day, or boarding school.
CIEE partner schools offer state-of-the-art facilities, proven academic success, and hands-on assistance with the college admissions process to international students on the F-1 Visa. The USA High School Plus program allows international students ages 14-19 the opportunity to study for a semester, a year, up to all four years in their chosen institution. Many students wish to remain in the U.S. for university, and our partner schools will work to make sure the student is well prepared for university-level studies.
If a student chooses a public or private day program CIEE will assist the school in finding a host family in the community for the duration of the program. Students in homestays will have 24 hour support and monthly supervision by our local and national support staff. They will be provided breakfast and dinner and should plan to use their own money for lunch on school days.
