*Acceptance fee must be paid by May 15. Applications sent in after April 30 must include both the Application Deposit and Acceptance Fee. Acceptance Fee is refundable minus the cost of the international flight. If the flight cost is more than $2,000 no refund will be provided.
**CIEE can accept only USD. You may pay by check or credit card. If paying from outside the U.S., please coordinator a wire transfer.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

  • $500 + International airfare are non-refundable after flight booking
  • $1,000 + International airfare are non-refundable within 7 days of departure
  • There will be no refund after departure date if a student is dismissed or withdraws.

OTHER FEES

  • $25.00 fee is applied for returned checks
