Don’t settle for being a tourist—contribute to, and become part of, a new community.

With the C1 Leadership Academy at CIEE, you will:

  • Live with a local host family who will provide insight into what it means to be a member of the community or stay in a dorm with fellow students
  • Take part in cultural activities, in many cases with local peers, that bring local traditions and customs to life
  • Go on excursions to sites of cultural, historical, and environmental importance
  • Celebrate your accomplishments and the conclusion of the program with an exciting week-long post-program tour to experience a whole new area of the country.
