When you return from a Leadership Academy at CIEE program, you’ll not only have experienced the world; you’ll have engaged in, and embraced it. Through personal exploration and development with the help of an experienced program leader, you’ll gain a sense of what it means to be a leader and how to leverage your unique strengths and experiences to develop your own leadership skills. And through meaningful service opportunities coordinated with a local organization, you’ll get hands-on experience working with people from many different backgrounds.
You’ll return home ready for the challenges of college and possessing the international knowledge, skills, and personal maturity and independence needed to become a leader.
