Insurance
CIEE provides all Leadership Academy participants with iNext insurance coverage. The iNext card includes medical expense and travel insurance coverage fulfilled through a partnership with Travel Guard.The plan is designed to supplement private insurance by providing additional coverage for the costs of accidents and routine sicknesses while students are traveling. Additionally, the plan offers Emergency Evacuation and Repatriation of Remains coverage, Travel Document Replacement, Baggage Delay, Loss of Baggage and Personal Effects, Travel Delay, and 24-hour Medical, Legal, and Travel Assistance Services.
The iNext group travel insurance Medical Expense Benefit is designed as an additional or supplemental coverage only. The plan does not include coverage for routine physical or dental examinations or preventative medicine.
All program participants are supplied with insurance information along with their visa application paperwork. A copy of the Confirmation of Insurance Form is required along with your application for your student visa.
