CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

  • $500 processing fee is non-refundable upon receipt of application
  • $1,500 application fee is non-refundable upon acceptance to program
  • $2,500 cancellation fee is non-refundable for canceling 60-31 days prior to departure
  • $3,500 cancellation fee is non-refundable for canceling within 30 days of departure
  • There will be no refund after departure date

OTHER FEES

  • $25.00 fee is applied for returned checks

APPLICATION DISCOUNT

  • A $250 application discount is available for early submissions. See www.ciee.org/hsabroad for individual program deadlines. Discount is deducted from final balance.
  • A 10% discount will be applied to the program fee for all applicants who have hosted a CIEE USA High School student
