Leadership Mentoring Project

YES students are required to identify (with the assistance of host family or local coordinator, if necessary) a community mentor. Students should connect with that mentor once a month (either in-person or over the phone). Goal: to expose students to leaders and professionals in their host communities. More information on this project and the cyber-diaries project is provided in the YES student welcome pack and is emailed to the local coordinators working with the YES program in late August.
