Eligibility
To apply for the Congress-Bundestag Scholarship, you must be a U.S. citizen, national or permanent resident; have a GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale, and be between the ages of 15 and 18 at the start of the program (late July 2010).

Previous knowledge of German language is not required.

Students from all religious, ethnic, and economic backgrounds are especially encouraged to apply.

December 16, 2009. Applications MUST be postmarked by December 16 in order to be considered for review.
