Eligibility
To apply for the Congress-Bundestag Scholarship, you must be a U.S. citizen, national or permanent resident; have a GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale, and be between the ages of 15 and 18 at the start of the program (late July 2008).

Previous knowledge of German language is not required.

Students from all religious, ethnic, and economic backgrounds are especially encouraged to apply.

January 16, 2008. Applications MUST be postmarked by January 16 in order to be considered for review.
