Welcome to the CIEE Congress-Bundestag Program Web site!

The Congress-Bundestag Youth Exchange is a scholarship program sponsored by the U.S. Congress and the German Bundestag. The program provides opportunities for high school students from the United States to live and study in Germany for one year. The CBYX program also facilitates an exchange for German high school students in the U.S.

This site is designed to provide valuable information, serve as a forum to share thoughts and ideas, and act as resource center for students, families and schools involved in the Congress-Bundestag program.
