Conference registration entitles participants to attend CIEE plenary sessions; concurrent sessions; evening receptions; the Annual Luncheon; and the Saturday breakfast. The fee also includes entry into the Information Hall and all coffee breaks. Pre-conference workshops are an additional cost.
Registration Deadline
Conference registrations will be accepted online and by mail or fax until October 24, 2008. After October 24, attendees must register on-site at the CIEE conference registration desk. Reduced Early Bird
registration rates will apply until October 1, 2008. Registrations received after October 1 will be charged at the regular rate.
Registration for Pre-Conference Workshops must be received by October 24. On-site registration for the workshops is on a space-available basis.

Cancellation Policy
Conference registration cancellations must be submitted in writing and received no later than October 24, 2008. Prior to October 24, all fees less a $75 cancellation fee will be refunded. No refunds will be given for cancellations received by CIEE after October 24, 2008.
