Cathedral of Seville and Alcazar
Visit two of the most important monuments in Seville - the Cathedral of Seville and the Alcazar. The cathedral, built in the 15th century, is the third largest in the world and the Alcazar is considered the oldest royal palace in Europe still in use today. Learn the history of these two monuments on a guided afternoon tour.

Bullfighting

Visit the Finca Mirandilla, a working bull farm outside Seville, to learn the history of bullfighting. Following the welcome and lecture, participants will tour the farm and see a live demonstration.

Flamenco
There is no better place than Andalucia, the birthplace of flamenco, to learn the history of this famous dance. Participants will learn beginning flamenco techniques in an authentic performance setting!

Paella
Learn to make authentic paella at one of Spain's most prestigious cooking schools. Participants will assist in the preparation of the paella and enjoy this traditional Spanish meal with their group.
