ciee - council on international educational exchange

Since 1947, CIEE has been helping to bring the people of the world closer together. Every year, thousands of people tell us their amazing stories - how they've discovered the world in a way they had never imagined, how they've made friends from all over the world, and, most of all, how their lives have been changed.

In June, three amazing storytellers embark on an adventure around the globe. Their assignment: to capture the life-changing experiences of people studying, teaching, training, and working through the many programs offered by CIEE.

Meet our intrepid travelers Shay, Alex, and Eze below. Then follow their travels — and the experiences of CIEE participants across the globe — through their blog entries, video, and photos this summer.

In some cases, anonymous data may be transmitted to third-party advertising networks. We may use web beacons for our own internal analytics, to better understand the ways users interact with our website, or to determine whether a particular email was received and opened. We may also use web beacons in connection with our marketing efforts. For example, web beacons allow third-party advertising networks to detect when a user has visited CIEE's website, and then serve them ads for CIEE's programs when they browse to another site.
