CIEE Academic Consortium Member Institutions

Each CIEE Academic Consortium (AC) member institution has an official representative to exercise the institution’s voting rights related to Academic Consortium business. Among other activities, official representatives are asked each year for nominations for the CIEE Academic Consortium Board (ACB).

Since the CIEE Academic Consortium (AC) as a whole is, by definition, a loose affiliation, ACB members worry that representatives from AC institutions have concerns and/or valuable insights that never reach CIEE for lack of appropriate means of communication. The ACB would like to make it easier for CIEE to learn what is happening on campus, and have therefore developed a function to improve communication with other Consortium members.

The ACB has determined that each ACB member will serve as the representative for a number of AC institutions. Following the name of each member institution official representative is the name and contact information for the ACB representative assigned to the institution. Official representatives are invited to contact this person directly with any matter related to CIEE. Each ACB member will carry out this function in his or her own way, but the goal is to increase the usefulness of the AC network for AC representatives and for CIEE.
